Antarctica, a long series of penguins waddle across the desolate terrain to their spawning ground, "March of the Penguins" style because it is exactly what they do. Tiny baby versions Kowalski, Rico and Skipper decides from the herd and Rescue breaking egg hatches, which eventually lead to the way in small private and quad floating iceberg from the adventure.
Although loved to rob Fort Knox a crazy mission "Cheesy Dibbles" (think of Cheetos) in the machine, the gang kidnaps Dr. Octavius saline (John Malkovich), a mad scientist who really bad condition -shifting octopus in disguise named Dave is. He hates people because he used to be the main attraction of the zoo, to the ultra-cute penguins stole a lot from it ... the zoo after a zoo. He wants revenge and is a master plot to capture tons of penguins serum all over the world and with his secret Medusa, turning them into monsters, not the zoo visiting family in every love.

The gang escapes and ends in Venice, Italy (do not ask), where Dave and his octopus Army Corporal (Peter Stormare sound) giant polar bear enforcer and his cohorts are half saved; Self-love, a James Bond type of wolf leader named Klein (voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch), beautiful owl communications expert named Eva (Annette Mahendru) and seal pups explosives expert called Short Fuse (Ken Jeong). They are the north wind, swore an elite undercover group support in trouble everywhere and rescue animals.
